WebbJust do it on normal mode at level one with Lvl 70 weapon, socket a rank 25 gem of ease, armor is optional. I did it with rapid fire and turrets which mostly one shotted everything including the dark lord. I think I got to level 48 by then. I wore the armor that dropped which was auto equipped. The event is very easy.
